Can I say something a little uncomfortable?

You've done everything right. The appointments. The meds. The protocols.

And yet here you are, still not feeling like yourself and honestly? A little ticked off about it.

The exhaustion, the brain fog, the anxiety that hits out of nowhere, that's not weakness. That's a nervous system that's been through the wringer. And here's the part nobody talks about: you can't out-supplement a nervous system that's stuck in survival mode. Your emotions and your body are not two separate things.

That's where I come in.

You don't need more information. You need someone who gets it, tells it like it is, and helps you build a new normal that's actually better.

WHAT WE OFFER

Our Services

Nutritional Therapy

Personalized nutrition and supplement guidance that actually fits your life — not a one-size-fits-all handout. We work with your body's real story, not a textbook version of it.

Nervous System Regulation

This is the piece most practitioners skip — and it's often the whole reason nothing else has worked. We'll dig into the somatic and emotional patterns keeping your body stuck, because healing your gut while ignoring your grief is only getting you halfway there.

Speaking & Education

Karianne brings this message to organizations, events, and communities — in person and virtually. Because this work isn't just for one-on-one clients. It's for everyone who needs to hear it.

Here's what it actually looks like to work together:

01 — We start with you. Like, actually you.

Not your labs. Not your diagnosis. You. Your story, your patterns, your history, and the version of yourself you're working toward. This isn't a clipboard-and-checklist situation.

02 — We build something that fits your real life.

Your nutrition plan, supplement guidance, and nervous system work are built around your present-day reality — not who you were before your diagnosis, and not some ideal version of a "healthy person." We're building forward, not backward.

03 — We show up for it together — honestly, and with humor.

There will be tough love. There will be celebration when you nail something. And there will absolutely be at least one moment per session where we both laugh. Healing is real work. It doesn't have to be grim.

A few more things worth knowing: I'm a one-woman show — so when you work with me, you get me. No handoffs, no assistants, no "let me check with the team." Sessions are available in-person in Spokane, WA and virtually anywhere, so geography is never a reason to wait.

What My Family & Friends Say

"You simply won’t meet someone like Karianne in the wellness space. Someone who cares so deeply, listens to deep concerns, and has experience, knowledge, and tools to help.”

— Bekah R.

"Working with Karianne changed the way I understand my own body. For the first time since my diagnosis, I felt like I had a real partner in my healing, not just a practitioner, but someone who truly gets it."

Hi, I'm Karianne — and I've been exactly where you are.

I went through cancer without a single resource that addressed nutrition, stress, detox, or what it actually feels like to live in a body that doesn't work the way it used to. There was a massive gap in care. So I decided to become the person I wish I'd had.

I'm a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, Psychosomatic Practitioner, and registered yoga teacher. When I'm not working with clients, I'm probably on a paddleboard, covered in pottery clay, or making my kid laugh until something comes out of his nose.

I believe your body is wise. I believe healing can be hard and fun at the same time. And I believe you are more capable of this than you think.
